Find below the Agenda for the Young 88 Owners Association Inc Annual General Meeting to be held online on Tuesday 5th May at 6pm.
Per email update on 29th April we have now confirmed that the meeting will be held in person at the Richmond Yacht Club - in addition to ONLINE or by phone: (NZ) +64 9 886 4200 PIN: 297 933 314#
Prior to the meeting, we are keen for Auckland-based members to meet informally at 5:15pm at Richmond Yacht Club for a discussion and planning about the forward sailing calendar.
In accordance with the Constitution, we remind you the following;
Attendance and voting: All members may attend. Ordinary and Life Members have one vote each, provided Ordinary Members have paid all subscriptions and dues.
Quorum (Clause 5.9): Minimum Chair, Secretary or Treasurer plus 1 current committee members, PLUS at least 15 of current paid members (as at 20/4/2026)

To read and approve the minutes from the last AGM.
To review the Interests Register.
To receive the President’s report.
To receive the Treasurer’s report.
To receive and approve the financial accounts of the association for the year ended 31st December 2025.
To set subscription levels for the year commencing 1st January 2027.
To elect the officers of the Association (President, Secretary, Treasurer, and committee members).
