The short duration, action-packed, windward-leeward format of the sprints is always hugely popular with the crews seeking a mid-week break from the office/home office.
It's also good for the owner-driver needing to maximise starting practice and get the crew in shape round the corners. There will be opportunities for crew recruitment, swapping, and coaching with more emphasis on fun and learning.
The North Sails Young 88 Sprints will be racing with the RNZYS Elliott 7 fleet on alternate fortnights to the RNZYS Weds night summer series as part of the City of Sails Sprints series being run by NBYC, PCC and RNZYS,
